Land lease agreements finalized for Phase 1 of the project.

Following the development and approval of the project's urban planning documentation, as well as the successful land rezoning process, the Stepanky Territorial Community Council approved the execution of land lease agreements with S Power LLC. This covers 24 land plots with a total area of 5.152 hectares for Phase 1 of the wind farm construction project.

The plots are located within shelterbelts (windbreaks), ensuring they do not interfere with local agricultural operations.
