Wind resource assessment report received from Deutsche WindGuard

The annual wind measurement campaign has been completed, and the DWG report has been received, evaluating energy yields across several potential equipment types included in the tender.

The capacity factor for Phase 1 reaches up to 31.8%.

A preliminary energy yield analysis conducted by DWG for Phases 2 and 3 indicates a capacity factor of 41.7%, driving the project's overall average capacity factor up to 38%.
