S Power is an investment project to build a modern wind power plant with a total capacity of 151.2 MW in Cherkasy region, an energy-deficient region of central Ukraine.

The planned launch of the full capacity of the wind farm is 2028. The project provides for the possibility of further development, in particular the production and transportation of "green" hydrogen.
Preparatory work at the enterprise is planned for 2026, with the introduction of the entire design capacity in 2028. The possibility of phased commissioning of each of the 21 turbines is envisaged, which ensures system adaptability and risk reduction.
